With no less than four rugby teams in the region and two major football clubs, South Wales is home to a number of sporting attractions and right at the top of that list is the capital's PRO14 team, Cardiff Blues.

Under the tutelage of Australian coach, John Mulvihill, the club narrowly missed out on a Play-Off place to nearby rivals Ospreys last season and will be looking to rising Welsh international stars Josh Adams and namesake Navidi to propel them back into the top tier of the PRO14.

The Welsh capital is famous for its distinctive atmosphere on match-day and is well worth a visit so if you're a friendly local supporter happy to show a real 'Croeso' to a visiting supporter or a travelling fan looking to come to 'Caerdydd' for a game, turn a match into a weekend and convert a fan into a friend.
